Bookings. We can’t change, cancel or refund bookings. If you booked through GetYourGuide, contact GetYourGuide’s customer service, which handles the booking.

Visiting the Matka Canyon. For questions about the visit itself, such as accessibility, closures or lost property, contact the City of Skopje, which looks after the canyon.
